❓ Who is eligible for treatment?

We currently serve:

  • Adults 18 years and older

  • Patients residing in Wyoming, Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, and Maryland

  • Patients who are not pregnant or breastfeeding

Before beginning weight loss treatment, all patients must complete a lab evaluation and provider screening to ensure safety and suitability.


❓ Do I need labs before starting weight loss medications?

Yes. Lab work helps us:

  • Confirm you’re a safe candidate for medication

  • Identify underlying conditions

  • Personalize your treatment

⚠️ Lab fees are non-refundable once the order is placed.


❓ What if I don’t qualify after my labs?

If our provider determines you're not eligible for treatment:

  • We will refund the cost paid, minus the consultation fee and lab fee

  • Lab costs are non-refundable


❓ What’s included in the monthly weight loss membership?

Our weight loss membership includes:

  • Monthly virtual check-ins

  • Vitals, weigh-in, and treatment progress review

  • Medication refill (if appropriate)

  • Treatment adjustments

  • Labs every 6 months (varies by plan)


❓ Do you offer compounded medications?

Yes! If you're eligible, we work with trusted compounding pharmacies to offer cost-effective alternatives to branded GLP-1 medications.


❓ What chronic conditions are not appropriate for treatment?

We do not treat patients with:

  • Type 1 diabetes

  • Uncontrolled type 2 diabetes

  • Medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC)

  • Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN2)

  • Severe gastrointestinal conditions (e.g., gastroparesis)

  • Recent bariatric surgery

  • Recent or active pancreatitis

  • Active eating disorders

  • End-stage liver or kidney disease

  • Current pregnancy, breastfeeding, or recent childbirth
